Postage to the GAPU exit border 30 cent. Note Paid 31 indicates this rate and probably 1 c carrier fee at the sending post office. A figure 7 at top of the circular date stamp indicates the amount credited to Prussia in US cents. 15S at top left indicates the amount due, 15 Skilling banco, charged in Sweden, which is the postage from the GAPU border to Stockholm.
