Unfranked single rate letter. Amount due 162 öre. It looks as the intention was to send this item under the Hamburg agreement. But In New York it was sent by the Prussian closed mail for which USA debited Prussia 23 cent. Prussia added their part which was 7 c and converted the 30 cent to 13 silbergroschen which was debited Sweden. Sweden added the fee from Hamburg to Sweden (45 öre) making a total due of 162 öre
